Website Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use fieldsrequires.garden. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Who We Are

Fieldsrequires Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We put homeowners in touch with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Fieldsrequires Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available to help in your area at a given moment. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

Anything we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Fieldsrequires Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or has no mistakes.
